- Depending on the insurance company, prior authorization may be required which can take up to 14 days
- Following a coordination of benefits we will be able to explain any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance required for services
- If you are receiving services through DDD please make sure to contact your support coordinator to have hours transferred to Spotlight Pediatric Therapy.
