Andy Albrecht PT, DPT, PCS - Owner
Andy received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa after finishing his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. He was awarded the professional designation of board-certified clinical specialist in pediatric physical therapy (PCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). In addition to treating, Andy serves as Adjunct Faculty at A.T.Still University and is the Arizona State Representative for the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy. In his free time, Andy enjoys assisting with remodeling houses, traveling, and performing with several local theater companies.

Gladys is a Grand Canyon University Health Care Administration graduate working on trying to make an impact in the health care field. She is a team player with a high level of enthusiasm combined with a positive can-do attitude and ability to understand, develop, and sustain resilient and dynamic relationships. Gladys enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found walking on the beach, bike riding, and exploring new places. |

Nina is a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about accessible communication for all and enjoys helping children reach their greatest potential through finding their own voice. Nina attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. In her spare time, she enjoys thrifting, trying new local Phoenix coffee shops, and playing pickleball with her family & friends.

Alex is an Occupational Therapist specializing in support for people living with complex medical, neurological, dermatologic, and mental health conditions. Alex's practice emphasizes participation and engagement in life with respect for the unique values and abilities of each person. Alex has a long history of service to the community through specialty camps, research, and community education/advocacy. Alex is also a Child Life Specialist trained in supporting children and families through the process of challenging life events, medical experiences, and bereavement. Monica is an ASHA certified pediatric speech-language pathologist licensed to practice in AZ. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Master of Science in Clinical Speech Pathology and has been practicing for over 20 years.
Monica takes a child-led approach to speech therapy using neurodiversity affirming practices. She works on new skills within play to ensure each child is connected and engaged in learning. Monica also has extensive experience in parent training and enjoys equipping families with the tools they need to have successful communicators at home. Her special interests include: natural language acquisition, gestalt language processing, echolalia, AAC, early intervention, preschool speech and language, apraxia of speech, and speech sound disorders.
In her free time she enjoys going on adventures with her family, cooking, and traveling.

She enjoys spending time with her three sons, hiking, and reading. She stays involved in the community serving on her local school board and Phoenix zoning committee.
